I went to the spa yesterday to spend a family day with my children and we were super happy, the attention of the girls was super good, small but very cozy, we will repeat again, my children left happy and of course we did too, we had the most spa package massages for the 4 of us, thank you very much for the good customer service.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I wasn't expecting a luxury spa but hardly anything worked.- The Kneipp bath was defective- The Turkish steam bath was broken- Half of the showers were broken- The sauna had to be heated up first and after two hours it was only 70 degrees- The shower sensor was repaired with adhesive tape. :-/When everything works it's actually a nice place at a fair price. But unfortunately very poorly maintained. The main thing is to save, save, save…The only reason I gave it two was the very friendly and personable lady at the reception. She was visibly uncomfortable that nothing worked. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Good treatment from the girl who attended us, in a small Spa, with broken jets, broken showers, too much heat, etc... in general we did not like it, we will not repeat.

Such a nice spa. Very cozy and beautiful envirnoment. The location is 10/10 . We had an amazing time spending our day there. The message was one of the best that I have ever had. Also we got our nails and hair done and the masters are professional !

We booked the program where we could use the whirlpool for ourselves. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The massage was great and pleasant. After the whirlpool (with outdoor area) and the massage, we were able to use the rest of the spa.Unfortunately, there were a few problems there. For example, tiles were missing in the pool, which is why there were sharp spots there. Not everything worked perfectly with the showers either.As a farewell, we were given a whole bottle of champagne, which we then enjoyed at home.

Paid 95 euros for massage and use of spa but only received meagre massage back neck and shoulders anything else was extra... facilities in spa were all broken and pool freezing so couldn't use anything that was paid for. A couple came in afterwards and walked out when realising everything was out of order.. basically big rip off...
